This Cancellation Policy applies to Coaching Services.

ALL PAYMENTS (EITHER LOAN INSTALLATION PAYMENTS OR PAID IN FULL PURCHASES) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

There will be no refunds for partial months or for periods in which your coaching remains unused.

The above subscription services are not an exclusive list for which the Cancellation Policy will be applicable. Begonia Rose Co., LLC reserves the rights to assign other programs and products against this policy and to update the above list without notice.

The Company reserves the right to amend its Cancellation Policy at any time.
8. Results Guarantee
We are committed to your success. If, after completing and fully implementing our 12-month Etsy Course and Coaching Program ("Program"), you have not experienced any measurable improvement in at least one core performance metric—such as increased traffic to your Etsy store, higher conversion rates, or increased revenue—we will continue providing coaching support at no additional cost until such a result is achieved.

This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

Personalized Coaching: You must utilize your personalized message coaching 1x per week.
Implementation of Strategy: You must demonstrate that you have implemented all of the strategies, action steps, and recommendations provided within the Program.
Course Completion: You must have accessed and completed all course modules and materials in a timely manner.
Proof of Effort: You must provide verifiable evidence (e.g., store analytics, listing updates, marketing activity, product optimization efforts) that you have taken consistent and reasonable action on the teachings provided. This also requires attending a minimum of one coaching call per week to receive support.

If all the above conditions are met and no meaningful result is documented, we will continue offering monthly group coaching until a result is achieved. This guarantee does not include refunds and does not constitute a promise of specific financial results or ROI. It is a commitment to ongoing support to ensure your effort is matched with our continued guidance.
